- Initiated a new project "Mini FC" and opened a warehouse in Trichy under this project.

- Also made a deal with courier partners to reach customers in remote location in a cost effective way.
- These increased service to even remote customers increased the sales from 2.2 cr to 7 cr in 2.5 years.
- Conducted R&R for employees regularly to recognize the effort they have taken and motivate them.
- Negotiated with Medical representatives and Suppliers too get best discount possible.
- Maximized the operational capacity of my warehouse and become the mother warehouse other warehouses that are bigger (in manpower capacity & space) than my warehouse.
