    · Rationalization of steel procurement methodologies and modification in MRP had resulted to bring down the factory overall steel wastages from 5.0 % to 3.0 % for the volume of 60000MT of steel /annum

    · By various measures the overall monthly inventory has brought down from 15000MT to 11000MT

    · Standardization of cost working methodology among all three-transmission line tower manufacturing units. Uniformity and best platform to analyze the financial performance of factories.

    · Analytical skill set and MIS activity supported to take major cost / supply related decision by top management at various critical situations.

    · Being central planning, supported to Business Unit for 70000MT+ of Hot dip galvanized transmission line towers from outsourcing.

    · 15% of Throughput enhancement by implementation of Theory of concepts (TOC) “in 25 yrs old conversion mill, without zero cost investment.

    · Implemented the TOC concept for increasing throughput to the tune of 1600MT of critical component / annum, and simultaneously reduced vendor dependency from 11% to 4%.

    · Actively participated on costing including capital expenses requirement (Man- Machine- cost) to set up a transmission line tower manufacturing unit at UAE.
