Summary

In biodiversity conservation, there has been a focus on multidisciplinary teamwork, recognizing that "no great action can be done alone." The past 15 years have been dedicated to designing, managing, monitoring, and implementing projects related to biodiversity, ecosystem restoration, and species monitoring alongside local communities. Additionally, Environmental Management Plans have been developed and monitored in collaboration with local communities in the buffer zones of protected areas or private natural areas, as part of a broader framework encompassing Environment, Social, and Governance principles.

Collaborating with NGOs, contributions have been made in writing proposals for funding, book chapters, scientific articles, and monitoring reports. This work has also involved acquiring skills in public speaking and raising environmental awareness through collaborations with the National Orchestra, specifically in discussing the cultural significance and conservation of birds.

Furthermore, serving as an environmental policy advisor at the national level (Legislative Branch, Executive Branch), efforts have been focused on evaluating, supporting, and coordinating the promulgation of laws pertaining to conservation and sustainable development.

From a broader perspective, conservation efforts extend beyond NGOs and the government. By engaging with landowners and individuals involved in activities with negative impact, a significant conservation footprint can be achieved. In this regard, providing advice and guidance to large farmers and infrastructure companies has been a priority, aiming to incorporate environmental sustainability and risk management into their operations and strategies.

Overall, as a seasoned and enthusiastic Consultant with a successful track record across various industries, there is a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical expertise. By leveraging these strengths, valuable advice and guidance can be provided to client organizations, ultimately enhancing their business performance. Proficiency has been developed in all aspects of operations and strategy, and effective communication with individuals of diverse backgrounds and age groups is a consistent strength. Attention to detail has allowed for the identification of areas for improvement and the provision of strategic recommendations to help businesses achieve their goals. Finally, there is a dedication to introducing efficient systems and processes that drive positive outcomes.
